- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I traveled to this specific location because it was supposed to be less crowded, with friendlier people. That was incorrect. I should have gone to the bustling, crowded license branch in my town with questionable customer service, because it would have far exceeded the Nashville branch. I had the misfortune of interacting with an extremely rude "employee". She acted like she hated her job, went out of her way to project her own internal unhappiness at me, and I was paying them for a service. EXTREMELY disappointed. Please don't hire people who are that unpleasant, unless you want to lose MORE business. It's unprofessional and really unimpressive, considering that Nashville is quite a nice town and most people there are friendly... I would never recommend ANYONE to go there. In fact, I go out of my way to steer people away from it, who consider going there as I did to avoid our busier locations. The other employee I talked to was nice but it was overshadowed by the first one.By Anna w, September 11, 2017
